These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Booked Out Creatives Student Assistant (the "Assistant"), an AI-powered chat tool made available to enrolled students of the Booked Out Creatives mentorship program, operated by Beachy Photo and Film LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Assistant, you agree to these Terms.

What this is

The Assistant is a reference tool grounded in the Booked Out Creatives curriculum — group call content, the resource library, and the frameworks taught in the program. It's designed to help you between office hours, not to replace them. It is not Isaac personally, and it does not have visibility into your individual wedding business beyond what you choose to tell it or save in your optional profile.

Who can use it

The Assistant is available only to current, enrolled Booked Out Creatives students. Access may be suspended or removed if your enrollment ends, or if you violate these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone else, including other students
• Use the Assistant for anything unlawful, harassing, or abusive
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or republish the underlying curriculum content in bulk
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Assistant

No guaranteed results

The Assistant gives general business guidance based on the Booked Out Creatives curriculum. It does not guarantee any specific outcome — including income, booking volume, or business growth. Results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances, and past student outcomes referenced in the curriculum are not a promise of similar results for you.

Not professional advice

The Assistant is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. For decisions with real legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.

It's an AI, and it can be wrong

Responses are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or fail to reflect the nuance of your specific situation. Use your own judgment, and bring anything important to office hours or a direct conversation with Isaac.

Intellectual property

The curriculum content, frameworks, and materials the Assistant draws on belong to Booked Out Creatives. Your access to the Assistant doesn't grant you any right to copy, redistribute, or reuse that content outside of your own personal use as a student.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Assistant at any time, including these Terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active students of material changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your enrollment in the program ends. You may stop using the Assistant and request account deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beachy Photo and Film LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Assistant, including decisions made based on its responses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
